Joyce Marcor

Hello, my name is Joyce Marcor, a Montessori preschool teacher with over a decade of experience, and I am the founder of Joyful Horizons School.

I started my journey as a volunteer in my local Montessori preschool community. I was inspired by the organic way children learned. I began researching everything relating to children and various teaching methods, which led me to pursue my studies in child development and the Montessori method.

I have researched atypical children and have collaborated with non-profit organizations in Northridge, CA. I am also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher through the Kundalini Research Institute and 3HO Foundation. I have numerous yoga certifications, including prenatal postnatal Kundalini (RYT 200), mini yogis certification, and NAMC Montessori credentials. As a proud mother of two, I understand the diversity among children.
